The FDA plans to approve one companies new brand of silicone breast implants. Breast augmentations using silicone implants were made illegal in this country after ruptured implants were said to have caused serious health complications in patients. When asked about the state of breasts in America Dr. Michael Miller, a panelist involved in the ruling, had this to say, "We don't have exhaustive knowledge about these devices... we have sufficient knowledge to justify their use." Dr. Miller may not be much for pillow talk, but he has the backing of the FDA. Is this a move toward BIG government?
